These Terms govern your use of the Domovara website and application (the "Service"), provided by Domovara, a project operated by a private individual based in Spain ("Domovara", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Domovara is a commercial intelligence layer for real estate agencies that helps you organise contacts, match buyers with listings, prepare replies and surface opportunities. The Service may include AI-assisted features that generate suggestions.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act on behalf of your agency.
AI features produce suggestions and draft messages. They may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on or sending it. Domovara does not guarantee specific commercial results.
The Service is currently in early access and offered free of charge to pilot agencies. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing cycle and any trial or refund terms will be shown clearly before you subscribe.
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to Domovara. You retain ownership of the data you load. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domovara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Where the user is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence still apply.
